职位描述:
Job Description:
-Reception duties including answering calls
-Flight ticket booking, hotel reservation and Stationery management
-Purchase of office suppliers/stationery and make sure sufficient supply is available
-Administer the sending and receiving of all company mails / parcels
-Responsible for staff attendance registration, and petty cash
-Perform other Admin tasks as requested
Requirement:
-Minimum 1 years relevant experience in administration, previously similar experience in Multinational company is must;
-Good command of English and Mandarin;
-Good computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook;
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Pleasant personality and good telephone manner
